Medicinal Uses

Historically used in European herbal medicine as a bitter digestive tonic, anthelmintic, and to stimulate appetite. Thujone content is toxic in concentrated doses. Topical use for wound healing and insect repellent has traditional support.

Method: Very dilute bitter tincture, dried herb infusion (small quantities only)
